RUBEN NAJERA has a new Struggle Skateboards ad in the February 2010 issue of Transworld Skateboarding. He is busting his butt for the new "SWORN" video due out in March or April of 2010.

Ruben also has been featured in the first episode of a new show called "The Xchange". Ruben goes artist on artist with musician Blake Lewis discussing skateboarding and the art of beat boxing. The episode is rad and an epic beat box collaboration takes place between the two. Shout outs to Blake Lewis for spreading the word out about Struggle Skateboards through his Twitter account. Now that's a homie! The first video features the full episode and the second one shows the commercial teaser version.

Ruben has also been blessed with his first ever PRO signature shoe lace from Scoff skateboarding! There will be a release party for the laces if I am not mistaken in El Centro,CA. So check the Scoff website for details on when you can congratulate Ruben on his accomplishment. Plus be sure to support and get a pair for yourself. The laces are indestructible.


TYRONE OLSON has a slamming part in the new appetizer promo and is pretty much done with a lot of his "SWORN" part as well. There is also a new Tyrone Olson Pro deck in the works from us. Stay tuned for some previews of it.

The prize purse is going to be $1,500 for first place including the winning team in a full page article featured in Legitimate Skateboarding magazine. Also for those expecting the "SWORN" video out in February we would like to update you with its new March schedule for release. We will be putting out a FREE promo video in February maybe even late this January for all of you to see. It will be featured in three sectioned video chapters and seen throughout the Internet. One new section every week. It will be an Appetizer promo to hold everyone off till the main video drops later in the year. And get this its got full parts from a lot of our riders! The promo will be built up of "throwaway" footage but it will still be pretty awesome and FREE! Stay tuned for more updates on this to come including the date for the first sections release date.
